
Experienced Technical Support Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our team in Sydney. This is a high-performing organisation that supports long-term sustainable employment through multiple paid certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical incidents within relevant service levels
- Take ownership of escalated tickets
- Follow established processes and guidelines to achieve the best outcome
- Apply industry best practices whenever possible
- Provide customers with regular updates
- Maintain accurate documentation
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Level 2 technical support engineer (MSP experience desired)
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (car allowance provided)
- Certifications like ITIL, MCSA, MCSE or CCNA/Sophos are desirable
- Experience across HyperV, Microsoft, Network, Cloud Solutions and Storage technologies
- MS Windows Servers, Cloud Migration experience including Office365 are essential
- Ability to work independently, excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
- Flexible working hours
