Families Crisis Support Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Family Crisis Support Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this vital role, you'll work with vulnerable families and children to provide high-quality support services, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most. As a Family Crisis Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with clients, developing tailored support plans, and implementing strategies to address their needs.
Your expertise in trauma-informed case management will be invaluable in providing best practice support to our clients. You'll also play a key role in building positive working relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to determine eligibility for our services and refer them to relevant services as needed.
- Develop tailored support plans and implement strategies to address client needs.
- Build positive working relationships with clients through ongoing rapport-building.
- Assist clients in accessing longer-term housing options, both within and independently of our supported accommodation program.
