Family Crisis Support Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Family Crisis Support Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this vital role, you'll work with vulnerable families and children to provide high-quality support services, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to determine eligibility for our services and refer them to relevant services as needed.
  • Develop tailored support plans and implement strategies to address client needs.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients through ongoing rapport-building.
  • Assist clients in accessing longer-term housing options, both within and independently of our supported accommodation program.
