System Specialist

The role of the System Specialist involves leading the analysis, design, development and deployment of a system. The individual will thrive on identifying areas for improvement and play a pivotal role in generating ideas to address customer needs and deliver quality products and infrastructure to defined service level standards.

About You

You are an analytical and problem-solving expert with influencing and communication skills. You have excellent time management and prioritisation abilities and a good understanding of IT and computing. Your attention to detail is outstanding and you possess excellent customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis, design, development and deployment of systems
  • Identify areas for improvement and address customer needs
  • Deliver quality products and infrastructure to defined service level standards
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors and technology teams to maintain a cost-effective and fit-for-purpose maintenance strategy
