About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for contributing to the on-going support and continuous improvement of internally-facing systems built on the Pega Cloud platform. You will work closely with BAU and project teams as they evolve the existing product. Key duties and responsibilities will include: designing, building, integrating, delivering, and documenting software capability that meets business needs. Perform support functions including proactively investigating and resolving issues raised in production applications and tracking through relevant service management systems. Work with delivery managers, business analysts, and end-users to translate agile user stories and acceptance criteria into technical designs for iterative implementation and deployment. Design, develop, and deploy Pega business process management (BPM) software. Integrate Pega software with a modern web application, web services, and databases such as Vue.js, MuleSoft, and Oracle/Postgres databases. Troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks. Document work performed including design and as-built specifications, and contribute to knowledge management practices.
