Job Title

As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee impactful fitout and construction projects for high-profile brands. You will lead teams, mentor junior team members, grow your career, and ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on time to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Successfully managing projects from pre-construction to handover and defect liability
  • Leading and mentoring project teams
  • Ensuring compliance with building specs, standards, and EHSQ requirements
  • Effective relationships and communication with clients, subbies, and stakeholders
  • Handling tender interviews, contract management, and subcontractor negotiations
  • Managing the construction programme and project delivery systems
  • Financial reporting and identifying profit improvements
Requirements
  • Experience working for a principal contractor in a project management role
  • A natural leader and team player
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
  • Experience with MS Projects, Procore, and Jobpac (handy but not essential)
