Seeking an accomplished project leader to oversee multiple projects and teams, driving efficiency and promoting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to lead multiple project managers and teams
  • Resolve complex problems proactively
  • Provide strategic guidance, motivation, and support to project managers and teams
  • Adhere to established procedures to ensure Health and Safety is the top priority
  • Assume site supervisor duties when required, in accordance with CDM regulations
  • Effectively manage project execution on multiple concurrent projects
  • Oversee tasks and task types allocated to others to achieve effective project delivery
  • Regularly evaluate direct reports to develop their skills, increase knowledge base, and enhance performance
Requirements:
  • HNC/Degree in Electrical Engineering (and/or time served)
  • Good operational knowledge of electrical power distribution systems
  • Site safety passport and/or experience working on CDM sites
  • SSSTS OR SMSTS is desirable but not essential
  • Possession of SSE DNO authorisation to receive and cancel PTW (or alternative equivalent DNO authorisation i.e. SPEN, NPg, UKPN)
