Job Opportunity:


    We seek a seasoned Project Leader to play a key role in supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects.


    You'll be embedded within a project team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Guide projects through established governance frameworks, systems, and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Manage the flow of information across teams and stakeholders through meetings and written updates.
  • Organise, attend, and occasionally chair progress meetings; document and follow up on key actions.
  • Oversee the change management process to ensure scope and budget alignment.
  • Collate data and produce structured monthly reports for program controls and executive leadership.
  • Operate within the project team, reporting to the commission manager.

Requirements:


  • Relevant Experience – 2–5 years in project or construction management, ideally in infrastructure.
  • Professional Qualifications – Degree in construction, engineering, project management, architecture, IT, or equivalent.
  • Lifecycle Knowledge – Understanding of the full project lifecycle from conception to post-completion review.
  • Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with project management tools, techniques, and reporting systems.
  • Client-Focused – Experience working in client-facing roles, ideally within the Australian market.
  • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication, with confidence in presenting.
  • Team Player – Able to work independently or collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
