This is a highly specialized role requiring an experienced and detail-oriented professional to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Dynamics ecosystem.
- Assume responsibility as a "Super User" for core business systems, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of operations, procedures, and organizational policies.
- Ensure ongoing data maintenance, triage system issues, troubleshoot errors, and escalate problems to relevant vendors for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, assisting with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and collaborate with Business stakeholders to implement changes.
- Verify that all configurations and customizations comply with Microsoft best practices and organizational guidelines.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional certification in Dynamics 365 (desirable).
Additional responsibilities include excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to support collaboration across business units and technical teams.
