Job Title:

Senior Dynamics Consultant

A senior consultant role focused on delivering high-quality solutions and services to clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CE, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of complex CE projects, providing expert technical guidance and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement sustainable client solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and delivery.
  • Provide 2nd level assistance to the support team in the evaluation and resolution of Dynamics CRM issues.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including building demo and proof of concept solutions for various client presentations.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations of business knowledge, skills, and behavior.
  • Identify and mitigate business/project risk as necessary.
  • Work on own initiative and with minimal support if needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Deliver end-user training for clients and lead customer-focused solution playback sessions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CE, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Expert-level knowledge of CE functionality, including customization and configuration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience of leading complex projects from inception to delivery.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
