Bid Management Expertise

We're seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal part in the end-to-end process of government tenders, bids, and procurement submissions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing government tender portals from start to finish
  • Interpreting requirements and preparing tailored bids for relevant opportunities
  • Writing, editing, and formatting high-quality responses to tenders, EOIs, and proposals
  • Maintaining tender registers, submission schedules, and a library of templates and collateral
  • Driving continuous improvement across tender processes, systems, and tools

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in tender writing, bid coordination, or grants, with strong written communication skills, project management ability, and knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
