Campus Facilities Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Facility Manager to oversee the upkeep of our campus facilities, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and functional for staff, students, and parents.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage maintenance projects, from planning to execution, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising contractors, managing service contracts, and coordinating emergency evacuation procedures.
- Facility Management
- Manage daily operations, including supervising maintenance staff and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Plan, budget, and execute capital and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Prepare annual budgets for facility maintenance and development projects.
- Safety and Compliance
- Identify and address potential hazards on campus, attending regular safety meetings and ensuring facilities meet required safety standards.
- Supervise emergency response procedures and collaborate with local authorities on traffic and road safety matters.
- Service Contract Management
- Oversee various service contracts, including security, cleaning, vehicle maintenance, and pest management services.
- Ensure service providers meet agreed-upon standards and maintain efficiency in their operations.
