Job Title: Administrative Support Professional

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliations, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance team with tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly management reports.

Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
