We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing holistic care and support to aged care, NDIS, and private clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and provide recommendations for assistive technologies.
- To complete Home Modification Assessments and prescribe equipment to improve client safety and independence.
- To support planning, equipment recommendations, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL)-based interventions.
- To collaborate with our wound care specialists and generalist nurses to align therapy with clinical goals.
- To prepare timely, professional reports that support funding applications and care plans.
- To maintain accurate clinical documentation within our digital case management systems.
- To build strong partnerships with clients, families, and referrers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- At least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in community, aged care, or disability services.
- Experience in functional and home modification assessments is essential.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Confidence with digital systems and remote work is essential.
- A passion for person-centred care and improving client quality of life is crucial.
