As a Consumer Connect Banker, you will respond to inbound calls, helping customers with general banking questions, account maintenance, technical enquiries, and servicing specific products like credit cards and deposits.

Requirements

We are looking for customer service professionals who possess:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles (any industry)
  • A genuine interest in Banking and Financial Services
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with performance-based targets
  • Able to work on a rotating roster, available to work any shift between Monday to Friday, between 7:30am to 7:30pm and on Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Able to commit to the role for at least 18 months, before progressing into other areas of the business
