Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking Customer Service Specialists to join our team in an Australia-based role.

The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Friendly and empathetic individuals with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in Call Centres, Reception or Customer Service roles
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with MS Suite

About the Position:
  • Monday to Friday, no weekends or late nights
  • Flexible working hours (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) post training
  • Hybrid work arrangement (3/2 split) post training
  • Australia location with on-site parking
  • Two weeks of paid training provided on systems and products
