Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage and respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide solutions. This is a full-time permanent position based in our head office, offering a stimulating working environment and opportunities for career growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales order entry and back/forward order management
  • Answering phones and assisting with customer inquiries
  • Liaising with customers, regional managers, transport operators, our warehouses and other office staff members
  • Inventory monitoring
  • Weekly reports and daily invoicing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic, positive and proactive attitude
  • Intelligent, able to retain information well and pay close attention to detail
  • A team player
  • Able to adapt to company processes and systems, and work within those guidelines
  • Able to report to your manager with suggestions for solutions to obstacles
  • Clear, articulate, friendly and confident phone manner
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexible within the role (ability to take on various tasks, a real 'Can Do' attitude)
  • Relevant Customer Service/Administration experience (Outlook, Excel and other programs)
