Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel.

The successful candidate will work closely with the General Counsel, providing legal advice and support on property-related matters. This will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various property and commercial contracts and agreements.

In addition, the ideal candidate will conduct due diligence on property transactions, identifying legal risks and providing recommendations. They will also stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the property and construction industries.

Our ideal candidate will have between 5 to 8 years' post-admission experience in property law, with some exposure to construction law from either private practice or in-house. They will be a collaborative team player who can ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support on property-related matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various property and commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence on property transactions.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the management and resolution of legal disputes and litigation.
