  • Manage the insurance portfolio, ensuring coverage aligns with business needs and obligations.
  • Coordinate insurance for construction projects, supporting contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
  • Oversee annual property valuations and ensure compliance with levy and audit requirements.
  • Review and refine insurance policies, balancing risk, operations, and contractual commitments.
  • Liaise directly with the external insurance broker as the SME, providing guidance and negotiating coverage.
  • Monitor insurance spend and performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and risk reduction.
  • Lead the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and resolution.
  • Provide insurance advice and documentation to support tenders, contracts, and regulatory needs.
