In this role, you will be part of our team that works closely with customers to secure great long-term job opportunities. You will meet the labour needs of business and industry through quality recruitment services at no cost, assist businesses with diversifying their workforce, provide specialist employment and community services, and deliver work experience projects to the community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with a wide range of people;
  • Demonstrating excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy, including competency with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders;
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in administration, preferably in a busy reception or front-of-house environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse people, ex-offenders, youth, and disadvantaged groups;
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information;
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.

This is a part-time (25 hours per week) ongoing position based at our Port Adelaide site. A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with skills and experience, will be negotiated. As Workskil Australia Ltd is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax-effective salary packaging.
