Frontline Hospitality Specialist

Port Macquarie Panthers is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team. As a Frontline Hospitality Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers and guests have an exceptional experience at the club.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to members and guests at all times, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- Bar Service: Operate with precision and efficiency in the bar area, handling glass collection, drink preparation, and other related tasks.
- Inventory Management: Ensure effective replenishment of food and beverage products, maintaining a high standard of quality and presentation.
- Cafe Operations: Manage cafe duties, including barista work, drink service, and food preparation, delivering a consistent and excellent experience.
- Gaming Floor Support: Provide assistance on the gaming floor, covering cash desk, TAB, and Keno operations, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Functions and Events: Assist with functions and events as required, working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, operate point-of-sale systems, and maintain a secure environment.
- General Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties, contributing to a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skillset: Outstanding communication and customer service skills, strong work ethic, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and high standards of personal grooming.
- Certifications: RSA, RCG, and TAB Corp basic certificates are essential. Additionally, a history of accurate and efficient cash handling is critical.
- Flexibility: Be available 24/7 to work nights, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
