Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds our guests' expectations.
  • Take orders, serve beverages, and bring delicious dishes to our guests quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure the bar and dining areas are spotless, creating an inviting space for all.
  • Handle cash and transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with your teammates to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

About You:

  • You've earned your RSA certification and are proficient in handling drinks and diners.
  • Gaming certificates are highly preferred, and experience with GFR Pro is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in F&B service, such as bar, waiting, or barista work, is a plus.
  • You're a friendly face with top-notch communication skills and a smile that lights up the room.
  • You're passionate, quick on your feet, and love making people feel welcome.
  • You can work flexible hours, especially nights and weekends, and thrive in fast-paced settings.
  • You're detail-oriented, reliable, and always looking for ways to improve every shift.
