Female Spanish Speaking Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Female Spanish Speaking Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role:

This is a part-time or full-time position available in various locations across Melbourne's western, northern, eastern, and inner suburbs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with other staff members, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and medical issues.
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including cleaning, cooking, and personal grooming.
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities, promoting social inclusion and community engagement.
  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure seamless care and support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Community Services or related field.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
