Document Management Expertise:

The role of a Document Controller is pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution. By acquiring, recording, filing, and distributing relevant documents, you will play a crucial part in controlling the identification, registration, distribution, and retention of all design, client, and vendor documentation.

This includes setting up project drawing files, logging receipt of technical queries, improvement requests, engineering change notices, construction change notices, material receiving reports, and over, short and damage reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing close out of projects and ensuring the traceability and accurate archiving of all controlled/uncontrolled documentation.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a document control or related field
  • Proven expertise working with MS Office, Lotus Notes, Aconex, and Ineight teambinder
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication capability
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, accountable, and results-driven
