**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and control our documentation system to the highest standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent time management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage document control processes for projects.
  • Maintain and organise document repositories in Microsoft SharePoint, including setting up and managing site permissions.
  • Ensure version control, storage and retrieval processes are followed to prevent loss or obsolescence of documents.
  • Coordinate and compile product Verification Dossiers for local and regulatory compliance, checking every page for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and update Quality Management documentation to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • Support inspections, non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Assist in documenting procedures and policies, arranging meetings, noting minutes and distributing them as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including procurement assistance for project components.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in document control within engineering, construction or manufacturing.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Strong SharePoint experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and time management.
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
