Job Description

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. As a Senior Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new recipes, menus, and cooking techniques, while maintaining consistency in food quality and presentation. Your expertise in kitchen management will ensure efficient use of resources, optimal food costs, and a clean and safe working environment.

In this role, you will also be responsible for leading a team of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their job requirements and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.
