**Live-In Motel Management Opportunity**: A chance to manage a 24-bed motel in Loganholme, Brisbane, with accommodation and meals provided. This live-in contract position is perfect for couples looking to save money and gain experience in the hospitality industry.

**The Role:** We are seeking a reliable and honest management couple to join us and manage our 23-unit boutique accommodation facility. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years' experience in a motel management role and be proficient in using computer programs such as Guestpoint or similar systems.

**Key Skills & Requirements:**

  • Living in Australia and prepared to live at the Motel in Loganholme
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Car and driver's license
  • Good communication skills in clear English
  • A sound understanding of motel operations including administration, reception, housekeeping, maintenance, functions, and client services
