Cisco Voice Engineer is a key role in the delivery of voice communication systems across our enterprise.

This position requires a skilled and motivated engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), voice gateways, and VoIP protocols to design, implement, and support reliable, secure, and scalable voice services.

  • Design and Configure: Cisco voice infrastructure must be designed and configured to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Implement and Support: Voice routing, dial plans, and call flows need to be implemented and supported for seamless communication.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve: Incidents and service requests related to voice communications must be identified and resolved promptly.

A strong understanding of VoIP protocols and QoS principles is essential for success in this role. We strive to maintain detailed documentation for configurations, call flows, and support procedures to ensure effective knowledge sharing and handovers.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Cisco voice engineering or telecommunications and excellent analytical skills to analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently.
