About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to lead our Telco and Cyber Security procurement team. As a key member of our Group Procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end category strategies to drive business value and improve supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive business value and improve supplier relationships.
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals to deliver on agreed targets and objectives.
  • Manage and develop competency in business category requirements, including spend analysis, demand drivers, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identify and implement metrics, tools, and processes to optimize procurement and drive productivity.
  • Ensure supplier transition/implementation is managed efficiently and effectively per bank policy and procedure.
Requirements
  • Extensive end-to-end category management experience and managing of large spend in a complex environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Advanced understanding of leading practice procurement technology.
  • Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders and work collaboratively with customers and suppliers.
  • Strong leadership and/or people management skills.
  • Knowledge of the local and international technology services landscape would be highly advantageous.
