Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing facilities, property, and vendor services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage facilities and property services to ensure high-quality delivery to clients
  • Liaise with stakeholders to successfully deliver projects and meet deadlines
  • Develop and implement effective vendor management strategies
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of property maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in facilities, property management, or a related field
  • You possess excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • You have experience working in critical environments and facilities
  • You are familiar with HS&E requirements and vendor management best practices
  • You hold an Australian Citizen status

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities, property management, or a related field

  • Knowledge of HS&E requirements
  • Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property
