About This Role

Clerk Grade: 1/2
Salary Range: $75,728 - $82,329 plus superannuation and leave loading
Employment Type: Full-Time, Ongoing
Location: Parramatta, Orange, Goulburn - Hybrid opportunity. In-office requirement 2-3 days a week as a minimum, which could be subject to change based on applicable policies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team to enable efficient and accurate processing of payroll for all employees.
  • Deliver quality customer service, both internally within the department and externally to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day workloads to ensure completion of tasks within agreed timeframes.

What You'll Need To Succeed
  • A willingness to learn new tasks and support the team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and on the phone.
  • Experience working in a shared service, transactional environment.
  • Experience using MS Office products.
  • Experience using SAP is ideal.
