Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our shopping centre management team.

This role will involve providing administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. You will also assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents, as well as coordinate with tenants and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support and manage calendars and scheduling of meetings and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate with tenants and vendors, managing contracts, agreements, and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in property management or retail industry is a plus.
