Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality end-user experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining the overall health of our digital infrastructure.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About The Role
  • Deliver on-site high-quality end-user IT support for hardware and software
  • Refresh end-user workstations and ensure they meet required standards
  • Provide VIP IT support to executives and senior management
  • Support AV systems in meeting rooms and other collaborative spaces
What We Are Looking For
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant technology discipline
  • Extensive experience in real-time, business-critical technology environments
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in End User IT and IT Service Management
  • Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities
  • Strong relationship-building and trust-creation skills with all levels of staff
  • Breadth of experiences in technical/functional domain
  • Risk awareness and management
What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant technology discipline
  • Certification or working knowledge of ITIL v4 is desirable
