About the Role

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Customer Experience (CX) Client Service team with planning, executing, and tracking of retail CX measurement programs. Your primary areas of focus will include data validation and quality reporting, managing report delivery to client stakeholders, and maintaining effective communication with the Field Team.

To excel in this role, you should be driven, able to take initiative, and deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients. You will be a strong multitasker with excellent organizational skills and an intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office or the ability to quickly adapt to new software. Ideally, you have experience working in a retail or customer experience-based role, providing valuable insight into the Australian market and strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of retail measurement programs
  • Managing field team inquiries related to our programs
  • Administrative tasks, including uploading data for monthly call cycles, loading visits, monitoring timelines, and ensuring completion

Requirements

  • Able to work efficiently under pressure with tight deadlines
  • An outgoing and energetic personality that connects immediately with people
  • Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Prior experience in a call centre or ordering systems environment is highly desirable

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $47,872.23 – $55,940.36 per year, along with a day shift schedule and a single location work setting.
