Delivering exceptional workplace health and safety services requires expertise in injury management and occupational health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply clinical reasoning skills to support individuals with physical and/or psychological injuries at work
  • Take a holistic approach, working within multidisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation journeys from rehab to healing
  • Perform various assessments based on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees and employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals
  • Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans, broadening skills by working across schemes like Work Cover or Department of Veterans Affairs

Requirements:
  • Current registration or eligibility with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate, with experience in occupational rehabilitation highly regarded
