We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a community-based environment. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating older adults, developing effective therapy and rehabilitation programs, and conducting falls reviews and prevention management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and treating older adults in a community-based environment
- Developing effective therapy and rehabilitation programs to assist clients in achieving their individual goals
- Conducting falls reviews and falls prevention management
- Running various groups, including balance classes
- Producing quality reports
- Ensuring the effective and safe delivery of client care
- Developing your skillset, participating in CPD, and multi-disciplinary clinical review meetings

About You:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Current driver's licence and reliable car
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
