About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a community-based environment. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating older adults, developing effective therapy and rehabilitation programs, and conducting falls reviews and prevention management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and treating older adults in a community-based environment
  • Developing effective therapy and rehabilitation programs to assist clients in achieving their individual goals
  • Conducting falls reviews and falls prevention management
  • Running various groups, including balance classes
  • Producing quality reports
  • Ensuring the effective and safe delivery of client care
  • Developing your skillset, participating in CPD, and multi-disciplinary clinical review meetings

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Current driver's licence and reliable car
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
