Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our allied health team at Care Live Smile. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, developing individualized care plans, and contributing to the growth of our allied health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Services as a Practitioner
    • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, focusing on wellness and reablement.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account client needs and goals.
    • Conduct regular assessments and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the Clinical Lead and other allied health professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
    • Participate in team meetings and case conferences to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Professional Development
    • Commit to ongoing professional development, staying updated with the latest in physiotherapy practices and research.
    • Participate in training and development activities provided by Care Live Smile to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in clinical practices and service delivery, identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Support and Supervision
    • Provide support and guidance to junior physiotherapists and allied health staff as needed, promoting a culture of collaboration and mentorship.
    • Participate in clinical supervision sessions and performance reviews to ensure ongoing growth and development.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Physiotherapist.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to travel within the Sydney metro area.
Additional Requirements
  • Own car.
  • Car Registration.
  • Comprehensive car insurance - with worker's name listed as main driver or insured driver.
  • NSW full driver's licence.
