About Our Client

Our client is a specialist independent property agency focused on the Australian Retail Property market.

They pride themselves on aligning with their clients' objectives and providing expert services in management, leasing, acquisition, divestment, and asset repositioning in this sector.

The Opportunity

A rare opportunity has arisen for a full-time Property Administrator to join our team based onsite at a Shopping Centre in south-west Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute monthly tenant rental invoices in a timely manner.
  • Review and process rental charges, reviews, and increases.
  • Collect monies including rent and outgoings.
  • Raise work orders for contractors upon instruction by the Facilities Manager and manage compliance.
  • Process and approve supplier invoices for payment.

Essential Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
