HVAC Asset Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our team with HVAC asset management and compliance documentation.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience working with SimPro and Rapid Global.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing asset data, generating reports, preparing quotes, and handling compliance documents.

They will also provide administrative support and communicate effectively with the team on a daily basis.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HVAC asset data in Simpro, including logging and maintaining information
  • Generate and submit monthly asset reports for internal use and client distribution
  • Prepare quotes in SimPro for maintenance or repair needs identified during reviews
  • Manage permit and compliance document handling through Rapid Global
  • Support new projects by assisting with asset logging, documentation, and reporting
  • Provide ongoing administrative support with maintenance scheduling, document management, and compliance follow-ups
  • Submit Start-of-Day (SOD) and End-of-Day (EOD) reports via email to keep the team informed

Requirements:

  • Experience with SimPro and Rapid Global (or similar platforms)
  • Background in HVAC, construction, or facilities administration preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
