Nursery Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to join our team in Perth.

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day nursery operations, ensuring daily production and maintenance duties are completed.

  • Responsible for organising repairs and maintenance of buildings, vehicles, and nursery production equipment.
  • Manage stock inventory, including purchasing, supplier relationships, stock rotation, quality assurance, and distribution to branches.
  • Assist with major installations, removals, and provide support to customers' sites as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A certificate in Horticulture or a related field.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Proven leadership capability.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
