Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead our client-facing teams in delivering complex software solutions. As a trusted subject matter expert, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and broad industry knowledge to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert-level technical guidance to client teams on software architecture, design patterns, development methodologies, and technology selection.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Architect, design, engineer, and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions tailored to client needs, and oversee their successful implementation.
  • Technology Evaluation & Adoption: Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and provide recommendations on their potential adoption to enhance client capabilities.
  • Modern Engineering: Champion modern engineering operating models at enterprise scale with modern tools and techniques, ensuring delivery of high-quality software.
Requirements
  • Deep Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Go, with ability to upskill across multiple languages as required.
  • Cloud Experience: In-depth experience with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and their associated services.
  • Software Development Methodologies: Strong understanding of software development methodologies and life cycle stages.
  • Complex Software Architectures: Proven experience designing and implementing complex software architectures, including microservices, event-driven, and distributed systems.
  • Progressive Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in software development, with significant experience in senior or lead roles.
  • DevOps Principles: Solid understanding of DevOps principles, tools, databases, and other technologies used in the software development life cycle.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
