We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Leader who will establish and oversee the complete procurement strategy, process, and systems across the Beak & Johnston business.



This role is critical in supporting the business to achieve its short- and long-term goals by building and executing a sustainable sourcing strategy for the company.



The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative environment that is focused on growth and development and ensure compliance with Beak & Johnston Health and Safety policies and procedures.



This role involves partnering with production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure the right materials are available for customer delivery and new product development.



Responsibilities include developing and executing the sustainable sourcing strategy to meet the business's goals while managing supply risks and costs, sourcing and procuring goods and services, providing competitive procurement options, and supporting new initiatives for cost-effective outcomes.



The successful candidate will have experience in purchasing in a manufacturing or commercial environment, proven experience negotiating pricing, delivery timeframes, and purchasing needs.



A fast-paced work environment is preferred, with experience in M3, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven expertise in purchasing and inventory management, and experience in strategic sourcing across multiple categories.
