We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd.

As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality relationships with suppliers, ensuring risk management, quality, and digital enablement in our supply chain. Your role will also involve creating value for money across all categories of spend and supporting the Commercial and Procurement Manager in their duties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement and supply chain industry best practices, including knowledge of internal planning pathways and procurement frameworks. You will also possess excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications and project management software, as well as experience with budgetary and risk management controls.

In addition to your technical skills, you will demonstrate a strong work ethic, genuine passion for customer support, and excellent communication skills. You will be able to apply a customer service mindset to oversee the Procurement helpdesk, ensuring efficient response times and timely closure of tickets.
