Student Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the school community and enhance student wellbeing and learning outcomes.

You will be part of a team working in partnership with the wellbeing team and the school counselling service to provide individual and targeted wellbeing support and whole of school wellbeing initiatives and programs that are evidence-based.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies to create referral pathways for students and families to child and family support agencies.
  • Provide wellbeing support to students and develop whole of school wellbeing initiatives and programs.

Requirements:

  • A completed diploma or higher qualification in social work, youth work, welfare or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to Department's Aboriginal education policies.
  • A valid and current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
