Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to spearhead the development of innovative solutions that cater to evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms and have experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions. They will also be proficient in communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and specify scalable, best-practice solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Provide pre-sales support including RFP responses, demos, and workshops to effectively address client needs.
  • Lead solution architecture during implementation and mentor delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct scoping studies and business consulting engagements to drive business growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and software partners through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development by leveraging expertise and best practices.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in solution architecture and pre-sales roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms with experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
