Customer Service Delivery Specialist

**Job Summary**The Customer Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless scheduling, arrivals, and dispatches of products.Key Responsibilities:•Act as the primary point of contact for customers and carriers, guaranteeing their needs are met efficiently.
•Train and support customers, carriers, and team members on arrival and dispatch systems.•Monitor workloads and ensure sufficient appointment availability during peak seasons.•Collaborate with the recruitment team to onboard, train, and manage Customer Service Officers.•Ensure compliance with all safety and operational policies and procedures.•Manage team rosters, allocating shifts fairly and publishing schedules.•Provide operational support outside standard hours through an on-call roster.•Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Requirements:
**Key Attributes**To excel in this role, you must possess the following key attributes:•In-depth knowledge of arrival and dispatch processes.•Understanding of Chain of Responsibility legislation and Axle Mass Management Scheme.•Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.•Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.•Ability to train, coach, and support team members effectively.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level or higher).•Exceptional communication and influencing skills.•Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends during peak season.
