**Job Overview**

Focusing on automation equipment, you will be responsible for performing and coordinating technical support relating to machines, spares, and wears. You will provide customers with technical services in conjunction with sales.

This position involves reporting to a Field Service Manager and allows opportunities to gain experience and training on various products and services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide hands-on service work on automated equipment at various customer sites.
  • Perform technical liaison services between customers, product divisions, and sales personnel.
  • Analyze equipment and machine component failures and identify root causes.
  • Oversee projects on customer sites and complete field machine inspections according to global and customer procedures.
  • Escalate questions and analysis to technical support and engineering teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Hands-on experience with automation equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
  • Must have a current driver's license and be physically fit.
