Automated Door Specialist Role

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Automated Door Specialist to join our team. As an Automated Door Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of automatic doors, roller shutters, and gates across various locations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to breakdowns and performing timely repairs on Automatic Doors, Roller Shutters, and Gates
  • Installing new automatic door shopfronts
  • Maintaining and servicing equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with health, quality, and safety standards
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships in the local region

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as an Automated Door Specialist, you'll need:

  • Experience in the automatic door industry or related field
  • Exposure to breakdowns and repair work is highly advantageous
  • A strong electronic/mechanical mindset
  • Commitment to working safely with a focus on quality
  • Availability to work away from home when needed
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A valid full driver's license
  • Flexibility in participating in a rotational on-call roster
