Early Childhood Educator

This is a permanent full-time position that offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care and education for children.


  • Developing positive relationships that support children, their families, and community.

  • Documenting children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.

What We're Looking For
Applicants must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education with previous on-the-job experience. They should be passionate about working with children of all ages and have a proven track record of programming, writing learning stories, and supporting curriculum planning using the Early Years Learning Framework. Additionally, they will need to demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and community members.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  3. Documenting children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.

As an active team member, you will contribute to providing exceptional care and education for children. This includes developing and implementing engaging learning programs, building strong relationships with children and their families, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
