Job Summary

Serve as the primary point of contact for complex technical issues, leading diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of junior engineers.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Act as the escalation point for high-priority or highly complex technical issues, providing expert-level guidance and support to customers and stakeholders.
  • Own and resolve critical incidents with timely and effective solutions, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers, sharing best practices, collaborating on escalated cases, developing new training materials and promoting knowledge growth.
  • Provide clear and actionable insights, including technical guidance, root cause analysis and proactive recommendations for system optimization, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Rigorously document technical solutions, troubleshooting steps and team processes, regularly reviewing existing documentation and training for knowledge gaps and outdated information.
  • Identify trends in engineering escalations, analyze customer environments to pinpoint potential technical issues and provide proactive recommendations to improve system performance and stability.
