Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a major campus development in the Cairns CBD.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion.

You will oversee stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and risk management, while coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead major infrastructure projects through all phases—from design and tendering to construction, commissioning, and completion.
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders including funding bodies, councils, consultants, and contractors to achieve project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project management frameworks, with strong capabilities in scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, including standards and regulations.
